Residential air conditioning
Repair, maintenance, and installation for homes across Brevard County.
Repair. Systems that will not cool, cool weakly, short-cycle, or leak water. Capacitors, contactors, fan motors, thermostats, drain lines, and refrigerant lines.
Maintenance. Seasonal maintenance and coil cleaning for a system that is still worth keeping. Ask about a first-year maintenance visit with a new installation.
Replacement. Condensers, air handlers, coils, heat pumps, straight-cool systems with electric heat, and package units. Good ductwork stays in place. Damaged or undersized ducts are repaired or extended.
Ductless mini-splits. Installation of ductless systems, including equipment you already bought.
Brands. We service and install the brands common in local homes, including Rheem, Lennox, Goodman, Bryant, and Grandaire.
Refrigerant. Service and installation for R-410A, R-32, and R-454B systems. All technicians are trained and EPA 608 certified.

When a replacement requires a permit, we pull it and meet the inspection.
Installation labor warranty
New installations include a one-year warranty on our labor and workmanship. If the problem is our installation, we correct that labor at no charge. Parts and equipment are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The certificate issued with the installation has the full terms.
